Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS)’S Fifth Executive Committee meeting was held on the following mentioned date, time and Venue.

Agendas:
1. Discussion with SEBS financial help by 400B Batch of BNKS

Decisions:

The following decisions were made during the meetings:

1. Representatives from 400B batch of Budhanilkantha School, Mr.Ashish Shrestha had attained the meeting and declared amount of Rs. 24000/-(Twenty four thousand only) to SEBS for the payment of house rent through the 400B batch’ Prashant – Purna Memorial fund. In this regard SEBS Executive Committee Members expressed their thanks the entire 400B batch especially Ashish Shretha and Hitesh karki form 400B and from SEBS General Secretary Tulsi Ramtel 675C, who initially took the responsibility to coordinate with 400B batch. SEBS further appeals all other SEBS members to join hands and make a contribution to SEBS.

2. Due of 30,000 that SEBS needed to pay to then SEBS Office Secretary is being paid but due to financial difficulty, at present the executive committee decided to pay Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand only and rest be paid later. The due was set up by former outgoing Executive committee.

3. SEBS Executive Committee (SEBS Ex – Com) wishes all its dear members a happy and prosperous Dashain and Tihar 2066 B.S
