The 16th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla.
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1.Presentation of financial report by teasurer Suman Mandal.

SEBS treasurer MR. Suman Mandal presented the financial report of SEBS till date to the ex-com members.
As of Jestha 2070, SEBS is in positive balance of Rs. 25,000.

2.Binod Memorial Inter School Folk Dance Competition 2070

Binod Memorial Inter School Folk Dance Competition 2070 was sucessfully held on 8th Asar 2070 (22 June 2013) in the premise of Budhanilkantha School at 1 pm.Sandeep Sada
coordinated the program. The executive committee thanked Sandeep for his hardwork. The program generated a prifit of Rs. 7000,and it was decided to allocate Rs.5,000 as an incentive to the programe coordinator Sandeep Sada. He will be depositing Rs.2,000 in the SEBS account at the earliest.

3.Nomination of Independent Election Committee 2013

The Executive Committee of SEBS 2012-2013 has nominated the Three -Member independent Election Committee as noted below to conduct the election of SEBS Executive Committee 2013-2014 to be held on Shrawan 2070.
